Hi!

I am still alive and functioning, despite my severe lack of involvement in updating blogs and tending to Social Media.

I found myself enjoying a 'vacation' of sorts this past week, and it has been all sorts of splendid.  Jody and I even made our way up to Red Lodge for a full day and night (sans Cedar) and were able to eat loads of crap (think Red Lodge Pizza Co, Candy Emporium, sugary caffeine drinks, and a fancy Steakhouse dinner), play cards and take naps.  I even convinced Jody to do a little shopping in downtown Red Lodge!  We bought Cedes a little onsie, and she rocked it:
 "Duck Duck Moose"

Other than our mini trip, I have spent my days at home doing constant dishes and chasing after Cedar.  And I love it.  I go back to work tomorrow and am going to miss our slow mornings and my 10:00 am date on the treadmill, but alas, life will go on :)
I am also completely and one hundred percent dying for some warm weather.  We've had a few 'teaser' days, and I even took the girls out for about ten minutes one day last week, but if I don't soak up some serious vitamin D soon, I fear my head and heart may explode in a frozen, bitter eruption.

In other words, it's March in Montana.

Cedar is growing up so fast.  She is almost 11 months old, is cutting two teeth, says 'Mama', 'Dada', 'NaNa' - which I think is some form of "I'm mad, MOM!" as it always accompanies fits and whining  and is a lover of clicking her tongue and pointing at people.  Her favorite toys are anything with music, or that she can push around the house.  She still is not walking, although I think she could and is avoiding taking that first step.  A-Okay with me.  Favorite foods are spinach potato pancakes, 'healthy' muffins, and 'Squishies' (those fruit/veggie puree pouches).  She takes two naps a day now, and I relish every second of each one.  Each time I lay her down for a nap, what immediately follows is several minutes of panic in which I can't decide what will I do with this time?!  Its funny.  And sad.  Bust mostly funny.

And, that's pretty much it.  In an effort to keep some privacy on little Cedes and ourselves, we have gotten off of Facebook and Instagram, but since we have many dear friends so far from us, I will continue blogging - when I can - and updating our lives, somewhat.  Here are some pictures to enjoy:

These two have really fallen in love with each other the past two weeks.  Sweet.

We do pony tails on days when she sits still long enough for me to capture some of that hair in an elastic.  I think it's adorable.  She likes to pull her ponies right out.

This is Cedar with all of her favorite things:  Her comb, Piano-Walker-Thing, Straws, Pointing and...Her Mama!

And, because I can't seem to upload any more photos - that's all for now!
