Life is flying by and I can't figure out how to slow it down!
We are staying very busy. Jody is working hard and doing well. Cedar is on the move and busy 110% of the time.
She does not stop.
Ever.
Consequently, I am completely pooped by the time 7:00 rolls around and she goes to bed. What a fun and tiring time this is! I know it will only become more exhausting once she starts walking, which is right around the corner!
Anyway,
Cedar can now crawl faster than any baby should, pulls herself up to her feet and gnaws on everything in sight (still no sign of teeth, though). She is one happy go lucky little bug, but has recently been exploring her naughty side as well. I say the words "No, Cedar" about 2,304,480 times per day.
Unfortunately, she is also going through a bit of a Stranger Danger phase, and likes to pitch fits when Mom or Dad leave. Not much fun for babysitters, and not much fun for us, either. Any tips to help with this are very welcome!
Everything is going well and there really isn't much to update. So I will overload you with Cedar's new accomplishments and more pictures! Yes!
Crazy face.
This was on my birthday (I turned 23!). Jody was out of town, so Cedar and I spent the day playing at home, and she helped me pick a new sweater for my big day. Later I had drinks and dessert with my dear best friend, Casey and another friend Britney. Britney's husband (who is also Jody's cousin) volunteered to watch Cedar so we could go out - unfortunately Cedar cried the. entire. time. Boo!
"Uh, a little help here?"
She is quite conceited and loves kissing herself. With tongue.
My recent art project! I painted this canvas for Cedar's bedroom, but we ended up putting it downstairs in her 'Playroom'. I think it's cute.
Gooooo Niners!
I captured one second in time when Cedar was not trying to eat Harper.
Those eyes. Those eyes!
Stupid stairs. THIS is why I am exhausted.
Cedar in a rare moment of stillness.
Cedar and Dad. I think she is starting to look like him.
